The Systems Engineer is responsible for addressing server and storage-related issues for clients under maintenance contracts with ATI. This includes performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and resolving problems. The engineer will work on system, server, and storage issues, ensuring efficient operations for clients. The role may also involve project implementation, server installation, and configuration, as well as continuous training and development to stay current with technologies.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures. 
• Attend service calls for client with MA. Identify, analyze and resolve any issues related to system, servers & storage.
•  Resolve server/storage issues by identifying root cause and then doing immediate remedial actions. 
• Formulate and implement corrective and preventive actions to avoid re-occurring any issues. 
• Involve in project implementation. Install, setup and configure server and storage Perform preventive maintenance. 
• Training and skills development Account oversight which includes parts inventory and address issue(s) and concerns.

Job Qualifications:

Education: College graduate in one of the following fields:

• Computer Engineering
• Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE)
• Computer Science/Information Technology

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in server and storage management.

Skills & Knowledge:

• Proficient in Windows Administration, configuration, and troubleshooting of Windows servers.
• Knowledge of virtual environments like VMWare and Hyper-V.
• Expertise in DELL, HP, and Lenovo server and storage systems.
• Experience with Linux (RedHat & CentOS) server management.
