Descrição:

We are looking for an experienced IT Administrator to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability across all systems. This role demands a proactive individual skilled in network and server management, end-user support, and IT team leadership.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain servers, storage, and network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, availability, and security of all IT systems.
  • Continuously monitor system performance, including server load, network activity, and application responsiveness, using appropriate monitoring tools and analytics platforms.
  • Perform routine maintenance on all IT systems, including servers, workstations, and network devices, to ensure their ongoing stability and security.
  • Configure and support LANs, WANs, internet systems, and network segments.
  • Configure, manage, and provide ongoing support for telecommunication systems, including telephone lines, Local Area Networks (LANs), Wide Area Networks (WANs), internet connectivity, and segmented network environments.
  • Ensure stable and consistent network connectivity across all departments, offices, and remote locations by maintaining reliable network infrastructure and monitoring tools.
  • Set up, configure, and maintain network security measures, including firewalls, Virtual Private Networks (VPNs), intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), and other security appliances or software.
  • Provide comprehensive help desk support to end-users by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Set up new user accounts and configure access to systems, applications, and network resources in accordance with company policies and role-based access controls (RBAC).
  • Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing guidance to staff on the effective use of IT systems, software applications, and digital tools essential to their roles.
  • Implement, configure, and manage security tools to protect the organization’s IT infrastructure from internal and external threats.
  • Perform regular data backups to ensure the integrity and availability of critical business data.
  • Continuously monitor IT systems, networks, and security logs for indicators of compromise, unauthorized access, malware infections, and other potential security breaches.
  • Procure, install, and configure IT hardware and peripheral equipment—including desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, network devices (routers, switches, access points), and other technology tools—according to organizational standards and user requirements.
  • Manage the acquisition, deployment, and tracking of software licenses across the organization to ensure full compliance with licensing agreements and legal requirements.
  • Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date inventory of all IT assets, including hardware (e.g., computers, servers, printers, network equipment), software licenses, and peripheral devices. Record detailed information such as asset type, serial numbers, purchase dates, assigned users, warranty status, and location.
  • Develop and maintain thorough documentation of all IT systems, including hardware configurations, software installations, network diagrams, user access levels, and system settings.
  • Regularly generate and present detailed reports on the performance, availability, and utilization of IT systems, including metrics on server uptime, network traffic, system load, and application responsiveness.
  • Plan, design, and build scalable, secure, and user-friendly web-based software and applications tailored to the organization’s operational needs.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and day-to-day supervision to the IT team to ensure efficient delivery of technical support, system administration, and project implementation. Delegate tasks based on skillsets and project priorities, monitor performance, and provide coaching and mentoring to support team development.

Requisito

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • at least 3 years of hands-on experience in IT administration or network/system support.
  • Proficiency in network configuration and administration (routers, switches, VPNs).
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and security tools.
  • Experience supporting end-users and managing help desk operations.
  • Experience with asset management and software licensing compliance.
  • Backup solutions and disaster recovery planning
  • Scripting/automation (PowerShell, Bash, or Python is a plus)


Other Details:

  • Work Schedule: 7:00 AM-4:00 PM - Monday to Friday
  • Work Location: Full on-site at Cubao, Quezon City
  • Government Mandated Benefits: SSS, PHIC, HDMF, 13th month pay
  • Paid Regular and Special Non-Working Holiday even if unworked
  • Reimbursable Pre-Employment Medical Exam (Basic 5, ECG and Drug test)
