Conduct the procurement process for goods and services as per the company's requirements.
Identify and evaluate potential vendors or suppliers.
Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery conditions.
Create and manage Purchase Orders (PO) and ensure that supporting documents are complete.
Monitor the status of deliveries and ensure that goods/services are received according to specifications and schedule.
Maintain good communication with suppliers to build long-term relationships.
Analyze purchasing trends and prepare procurement reports on a regular basis.
Ensure all purchasing processes comply with company policies and budget.

Minimum education level: High School/Vocational School
Open to fresh graduates or candidates with 1 year of work experience in administration, warehousing, or purchasing.
Has an interest and willingness to learn in the field of procurement or supply chain.
Proficient in using computers, especially Microsoft Excel and Word.
Detail-oriented, organized in record-keeping, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
Able to communicate effectively, courteously, and professionally in interactions with colleagues and vendors.
