Description

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Technician to join our team. As a Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products, systems, and equipment are in optimal working condition, providing clients with top-notch service and timely solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Equipment Maintenance & Repair: Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment, machinery, or systems to ensure they function properly. Address and resolve any technical issues promptly.
  • Installation: Install new systems, equipment, or devices, ensuring they are set up correctly and safely according to specifications.
  • Customer Interaction: Communicate with clients to understand their technical issues, explain solutions, and offer guidance on product use or maintenance.
  • Quality Assurance: Test and verify that equipment or systems are working as expected after repairs or installations, ensuring all work meets company standards and client satisfaction.
  • Documentation: Record details of repairs, maintenance, and installations in an accurate and timely manner for future reference and to maintain proper service history.
  • Timely Service: Complete all service requests within agreed timelines to ensure minimal downtime for clients and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Problem-Solving: Use technical expertise to diagnose problems and find the most effective solutions in a timely manner, all while maintaining a professional demeanor.

Requirements

  • Technical Expertise: A solid understanding of the equipment or systems you’ll be working with. Previous experience in a technical or maintenance role is highly preferred.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: You should be able to diagnose issues quickly and implement effective solutions, ensuring minimal downtime for our clients.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: You’ll need to explain technical issues and solutions in a way that is clear and understandable for clients, maintaining professionalism at all times.
  • Attention to Detail: Accuracy is key in this role, from diagnostics to repairs, and ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards.
  • Customer-Focused: A commitment to providing outstanding service, ensuring clients are satisfied and their concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
  • Physical Stamina: The role may involve physical tasks, including lifting equipment, working in various environments, and being on your feet for extended periods.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage service calls, prioritize tasks, and complete assignments within set timelines, ensuring clients receive timely assistance.
  • Safety Conscious: Knowledge of and adherence to safety protocols, ensuring both your safety and the safety of our clients during all service visits.
