LFA Deployment (Installation) (MAC and Windows) / Blancco Implementation / Laptop.
Skilled in fault management, performance tuning, and network security.
Manages a GSuite account's creation, end user support, audits, log reading, investigations, and deactivation.
Assists in Level 1 troubleshooting or resolving issues encountered by users, like password reset for enterprise systems/applications
Assigning of user on different OU’s in Active Directory upon IS approval.

Graduate of any 4 -year IT related course.
Proficient with service desk tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
