About the role

  • We are seeking a driven and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team at Xtreme Works Inc.' in Ortigas, Pasig City, Metro Manila. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in generating new business and maintaining strong relationships with our valued customers. With a focus on consultative selling, you will leverage your exceptional communication skills and product knowledge to deliver tailored solutions that meet our clients' needs.


What you'll be doing

  • Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within your designated territory
  • Engage with potential clients through face-to-face meetings, presentations, and follow-up communications
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and services, and effectively communicate their benefits to customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and campaigns
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators

Requirements

What we're looking for

  • Proven track record of success in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably within the Sales Representatives industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to deliver tailored solutions
  • Demonstrable product knowledge and the ability to translate technical features into customer benefits
  • Ambitious and self-motivated, with a drive to exceed sales targets
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and comfortable with using sales automation tools
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or equivalent in a relevant field
  • Preferrably a woman and resides within the Pasig City area.
