Description
- Sales Representatives are responsible for contacting potential customers, promoting and selling various products or services, and building relationships with clients to establish loyalty and trust.
- They are required to visit various businesses and attend sales meetings to prospect potential clients, identify their needs and turn them into clients.
- Sales Representatives should be proficient in conducting market research, keeping track of sales performance, and achieving sales targets.
- They are expected to stay up-to-date with any developments regarding the products or services they are selling and understand the competition thoroughly.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in sales representative role
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to prospect and qualify potential clients
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Positive, motivated, and goal-oriented attitude
