Description
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Identify and nurture relationships with potential clients.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support.
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in managing a sales pipeline, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, active listening, and a target-driven mindset.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Develop and maintain client relationships, meet sales targets, provide detailed reports, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Working Conditions: Typically office-based with occasional travel required for client meetings.
- Qualities and Traits: Self-motivated, adaptable, resilient, and a strong team player.
