Description
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to foster loyalty.
- Analyze account performance and develop strategies for growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client expectations.
- Prepare and present regular reports on account status and performance.
- Responsible for growing business and market position in the gym/spa/bar & resto by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business partnerships.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 2+ years experience in Sales & Marketing and/or Account Management.
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
- Experience in customer relationship management.
- Proven record of success with the entire sales cycle, from planning to closing.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
