Description

This position reports to the Sales Manager, Sales Officers, Managing partners, and/or Operations Manager. The Sales Bidding Auditor is an officer position that oversees and prepares all bidding documents related to government procurement processes. This role ensures that all submissions comply with legal, financial, and regulatory requirements to avoid disqualification and secure successful bids. The Sales Bidding Auditor will work closely with the management and sales department to gather necessary information, review documentation, and provide guidance on compliance matters.

  • Prepare and review all bidding documents for completeness and accuracy.
  • Verify that all necessary documentation is included and properly formatted.
  • Monitor changes in government bidding regulations and update internal procedures accordingly.
  • Conduct regular audits of bidding processes and documents to ensure compliance.
  • Provide recommendations for improvements based on audit findings.
  • Identify potential risks of disqualification and implement strategies to mitigate them.
  • Develop and maintain a checklist to ensure all bid requirements are met before submission.
  • Collaborate with various departments (e.g., legal, finance, operations) to gather necessary information for bid submissions.
  • Provide training and support to staff involved in the bidding process.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of all bidding activities and documents.
  • Ensure that all records are stored securely and are easily accessible for audits.
  • Search for potential bidding opportunities and assign sales staff. 
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of bidding documents to be submitted to management before bidding.
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies needed for bidding docs.

Requirements

  • Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent.
  • Must have a conversational ability to speak both English and Tagalog languages.
  • Must know how to use Microsoft Office, Google Spreadsheets, and Adobe applications.
  • Must know how to compose emails.
  • Must be well adept in doing government bidding.
