Description
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost sales.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
- Collaborate with sales teams to enhance customer engagement.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media and email.
- Analyze sales data to improve performance and strategies.
- Prepare promotional materials and presentations for clients.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: No prior experience required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong public speaking, negotiation, communication, and teamwork abilities; proficient in sales management and customer relationship management.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Support sales initiatives, conduct sales training, manage cold calling activities, and build customer relationships.
- Working Conditions: Standard office environment; may require occasional travel for client meetings.
- Qualities and Traits: Highly motivated, adaptable, strong interpersonal skills, and a proactive attitude.
