Description
- Develop and manage client relationships to drive sales growth.
- Identify new business opportunities and execute sales strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing to align on campaigns and promotions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business decisions.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and quota on a quarterly basis.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in sales or account management and agrifarm or related field.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage client accounts, develop sales strategies, and achieve targets.
- Working Conditions: Potential travel for client meetings.
- Qualities and Traits: Results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to build lasting client relationships.
