Description
- Clean and maintain guest rooms and common areas.
- Replace linens and toiletries as needed.
- Report maintenance issues to management.
- Ensure safety and security of guest belongings.

- Follow hotel policies and procedures for cleanliness and hygiene.
- Work efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, respond to guest requests, and maintain high service standards.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree is required, emphasizing hospitality or related fields.
- Experience Level: Open to fresh graduates or students seeking entry-level opportunities.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English, excellent communication, customer relationship management, and strong interpersonal skills are crucial.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced hotel environment with varied shifts including nights and weekends.
