Develop marketing strategies to boost sales and create campaigns.
Manage store and mall operations, including permit processing.
Present, promote, and sell products/services.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
Maintain positive relationships with customers and employees.
Coordinate sales efforts and contribute to team goals.
Drive sales by identifying new opportunities and maintaining existing relationships.
Hire, train, and oversee sales representatives.
Research competitors to understand customer preferences.
Oversee store operations and ensure profitability.

Bachelor's degree in business administration, business, or related field.
Plus: Experience in a Customer Service environment.
Skills: Strong prioritizing, time management, organizational skills, selling, negotiation, communication (verbal and written), problem-solving, and basic computer skills (MS Office).
Traits: Customer and goal-oriented, detail-oriented, well-organized, highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work under minimal supervision.
Availability: Willing to work onsite and fieldwork in Ermita, Manila, Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM.
