Description
- Supervise daily restaurant operations and staff
- Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction
- Manage inventory, ordering, and supply control
- Train and mentor new employees
- Handle customer complaints and feedback effectively
- Assist in menu planning and special events
- Maintain cleanliness and compliance with health regulations
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a restaurant or food service environment.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment; may require evening and weekend shifts.
- Qualities: Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering excellent service.
