Description

  • Supervise daily restaurant operations and staff
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and supply control
  • Train and mentor new employees
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback effectively
  • Assist in menu planning and special events
  • Maintain cleanliness and compliance with health regulations

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a restaurant or food service environment.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment; may require evening and weekend shifts.
  • Qualities: Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering excellent service.
