- Lead Tony Ting Food Concepts Inc's dynamic F&B team in a fast-paced environment.
- Ensure top-notch customer service, manage daily operations and staff performance.
- Drive profitability with efficient inventory, cost controls, and supplier negotiations.
- Implement innovative strategies to enhance guest dining experience and satisfaction.
- Maintain impeccable compliance with health and safety standards.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Must have a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: At least 1-3 years of proven experience in restaurant management or similar roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Team Player, Quality Control, Strong Work Ethic, Operations Management, Restaurant Management, Cost Management, and Inventory Management.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee daily operations, ensure guest satisfaction, manage staff, maintain high quality of service and food, and comply with health and safety regulations.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment. Must be willing to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
- Qualities and Traits: Exceptional leadership, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. A passion for the food service industry and delivering excellent customer service.
