Description
- Greet and assist visitors and clients.
- Answer and direct phone calls professionally.
- Manage scheduling and appointments.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Handle incoming mail and deliveries.
- Provide administrative support as needed.
- Ensure security by monitoring visitor access.
- Greet visitors, manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and maintain office organization.
Requirements
- Job Title: Receptionist
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong organizational skills, effective written communication, proficient in scheduling, and excellent time management.
