Developing and Implementing Quality Management Systems: The Quality Manager is responsible for creating, managing, and improving quality management systems (QMS) that align with the company’s goals and industry standards. They ensure that all processes are documented and followed properly.
Monitoring Quality Standards: Regularly monitor the production or service processes to ensure quality standards are met consistently. This includes identifying any potential risks or quality issues early and implementing corrective actions.
Conducting Audits and Inspections: Plan and conduct internal audits, quality checks, and inspections to ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and customer requirements. They also oversee external audits and ensure the company maintains necessary certifications.
Leading Quality Improvement Initiatives: Actively identify areas for improvement in products, services, or processes. Lead projects that aim to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance the overall quality of offerings.
Team Leadership and Training: Lead and mentor the quality team, providing guidance and training on quality practices and techniques. They also ensure that employees across departments understand the importance of quality and contribute to maintaining high standards.
Problem Solving and Root Cause Analysis: When quality issues arise, the Quality Manager is responsible for investigating and determining the root causes. They work with relevant departments to implement solutions and prevent future occurrences.
Supplier and Vendor Quality Management: Oversee the quality of materials and components provided by suppliers. They are responsible for evaluating, selecting, and maintaining relationships with vendors to ensure the highest quality standards are met in the supply chain.
Customer Feedback and Satisfaction: Analyze customer feedback and complaints related to product or service quality. Work to resolve issues and implement changes based on customer input to ensure satisfaction and continuous improvement.
Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of quality checks, audits, and any corrective actions taken. The Quality Manager prepares detailed reports for upper management, highlighting key quality metrics and areas for improvement.
Compliance and Regulatory Adherence: Ensure that all products and services comply with relevant laws, standards, and regulations. The Quality Manager keeps up-to-date with industry changes and ensures the company remains compliant with all required certifications.

Syarat-syarat

Overall work experience of 6-8 years with at least 4 years’ experience as Quality Manager or similar. Preferably in a BPO setting.
Exposure to Quality Methodology (COPC, Six Sigma, LEAN).
Exhibit a strong understanding of performance management and employee development strategies.
Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent leadership and decisive decision-making skills.
Ability to be strategic in providing solutions and process improvements.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
