Creation, revision and process mapping of necessary procedures and forms as per ISO requirements.
Plan and Execute Internal audits and other quality assurance & ISO activities.
Evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actions.
Develop, recommend, and monitor corrective actions.
Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues.
Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities.
Monitor risk management activities.
Coordinate and support on-site audits conducted by external providers.
Responsible for document management systems (document control)
Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards.
Interpret and implement quality assurance standards
Assured ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements
Evaluates performance and competence of Quality Assurance III and below.

Education - Industrial Engineering or Operations Management or equivalent.
Work Experience - at least 5 years supervisory experience in ISO Standard an advantage including Quality Auditor, Quality Engineer.
Skills - Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and database
Preferably with manufacturing experience
Knowledge of tools, concepts, and methodologies of QA
Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements
