Description

  • Develop and execute test plans and strategies.
  • Identify, document, and track defects in software products.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure quality standards.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 3-5 years of proven experience in QA/QC roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong risk assessment skills, knowledge of quality standards, attention to detail.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Perform inspections, develop quality control processes, ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Working Conditions: Typically in an office or laboratory environment; may require occasional fieldwork.
  • Qualities and Traits: Analytical mindset, strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and teamwork orientation.
