- Assist in procurement processes and vendor selection
- Maintain inventory levels and track orders
- Research and evaluate suppliers for cost efficiency
- Prepare purchase orders and update procurement records
- Collaborate with departments to understand purchasing needs
- Assist with negotiating contracts and terms
- Ensure compliance with company policies and budget
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Experience Level: No prior experience required; entry-level candidates welcome.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in project coordination, marketing research, purchasing, and time management; strong decision-making and excellent communication skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in sourcing and procurement activities, maintain vendor relationships, and support project coordination.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, standard working hours
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, strong work ethic, and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
