Canvasses supplies and materials requirement based on Purchase Requisitions and work orders received by the Department and sees to it that all requisitions and work orders are properly documented and duly approved.
Coordinates with requisitioning departments the supplies and materials requirements and specifications prior to canvassing and seeks further approval on the samples presented.
Submits approved samples and/or quotations of the canvassed supplies and materials to Immediate Head for presentation and approval of General Manager.
Handles preparation of the Purchase Orders and documentations of all the transactions made.
Monitors delivery schedules and sees to it that all requested supplies and materials are delivered on time.
Sees to it that all canvassing of the items/materials requested are with minimum of three (3) suppliers per item for price and quality comparison.
Maintains files on all purchases made.

With Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
with at least 1-3 years experience in FMCG manufacturing firm
Good communication and negotiation skills
Preferably with driver's license
