• As a Purchasing Staff, you play a crucial role in ensuring that all operational needs of the team are met — particularly in terms of purchasing goods, work tools, and promotional materials that support the daily tasks of Sales Promoters.

Main Responsibilities:

• Conducting purchases of necessary items to support promotional activities.
• Searching for suppliers who can provide products at the best price and quality.
• Drafting and managing purchase orders from various divisions.
• Collaborating with the Sales team to understand which items are currently being promoted or needed.
• Ensuring timely delivery of goods as per orders.
• Preparing regular purchase and expenditure reports for the team's financial record-keeping.
