Description
- Handling purchasing activities including sourcing, negotiation, preparing purchase orders, follow-up and expediting supplier delivery, and maintaining and updating purchasing records.
- Obtaining approval from management only to proceed with the Purchase Order to the supplier.
- Issue invoices, quotations, work orders, worker lists, renovation work applications, etc.
- Handling supplier & customer issue
- Handling factory annual audit stock take costing
- Handling office license renewal.
- Handling general administrative and clerical support including mailing, incoming calls, scanning, faxing, copying, and filling.
- Produce meeting minutes with the supervisor and team leader
- Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, and forms.
- Handling company vehicle road tax renewal, vehicle insurance renewal, inspection booking, and workshop repair status.
- Monitoring ADhoc requests from clients and workers. Liaise to arrange upcoming jobs.
Requirements
- Any degree or diploma in Business, or related education.
- Well-organized with strong attention to detail
- At least 2 years experience in construction, purchasing and importation of goods are most welcomed
- Working knowledge of MS Office and Google Suite, Chat GPT
- Can start ASAP
