Description

  • Coordinate and oversee construction activities on-site.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with subcontractors, architects, and engineers.
  • Conduct regular inspections and quality checks.
  • Prepare reports and updates for project stakeholders.
  • Assist in project scheduling and budgeting.
  • Resolve any technical issues that arise during construction.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in construction project management.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in project management software, strong analytical skills, and effective communication abilities.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily on-site, subject to outdoor conditions and physical demands.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, strong leadership skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
