Overview:



The Program Management Specialist is primarily responsible in supporting the key programs and projects of the Risk and Compliance Office, ensuring sound risk and compliance culture within the company (e.g., Group-wide Strategy, Board and Senior Management RCO-related Committees) and engagements in the industry.


The Specialist may perform other tasks and duties to support the Risk and Compliance Office (e.g., Group-wide Strategy, Group OKR Performance Management)


What you will do:


As a Program Management Professional

  • Support the Risk and Compliance programs, ensuring its alignment with the organization’s objectives to deliver value to its customers, partners, and stakeholders through the promotion and practice of risk and compliance culture.
  • Provide implementation support and monitor progress of business process upon implementation.
  • Support industry-wide engagements of the Risk and Compliance Office to promote participation of the company in risk and compliance industry best practices.
  • Manage the timely delivery of RCO-PDPI owned internal and external audit/examination action items.
  • Ensure Group OKRs are properly managed based on the organization’s mandate.
  • Develop Group-wide strategy aligned with the organization’s mandate and initiatives of various risk and compliance functions.


As a Committee Secretariat

  • Manage various risk and compliance-related board and management committees to ensure that execution is aligned with the committee objectives and effectiveness of its meetings through agenda setting, management of committee meetings, management of committee decisions, and correspondences with the committee members.
  • Ensure assigned committee charters are established and updated timely based on its respective committee mandate.


What we are looking for:

  • With at least 5 years working experience in program management, project management, business needs assessment, requirements elicitation and analysis, technical writing, solution assessment and validation, and/or as management trainee.
  • With at least 2 years supervisory or management experience.
