Description
- Develop and maintain production schedules to optimize workflow.
- Coordinate production schedules, manage inventory levels, and optimize workflow to ensure efficient operations.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure resource availability.
- Monitor inventory levels and adjust schedules accordingly.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement improvements.
- Ensure timely delivery of products by tracking milestones.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to align production goals.
Requirements
- Job Title: Production Planning and Control Scheduler
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in production planning or project management.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in system design, strong work ethic, project management, planning, and inventory management.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional factory visits; may involve extended hours during peak production times.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, analytical thinker, excellent communication, and team-oriented mindset.
