Description
- Analyze and solve all types of manufacturing issues
- Ensure quality production output and meet customer requirements
- Initiate and follow through continuous improvement projects
- Create production reports
- Collaborate with various production departments
- Implement the department’s procedures and policies. This may involve writing new procedures and work instructions.
- Lead the team and motivate staff
Requirements
- Fresh graduates with Engineering or Science related degrees are encouraged to apply
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Positive work attitude, trainable, flexible
- Must be hands on
- Self-starter and must be able to work effectively with minimal supervision
- Team player with good interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills
