Manage procurement activities including sourcing, purchasing, and vendor negotiations.
Evaluate and select suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery speed.
Issue purchase orders and monitor their status to ensure timely delivery.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse for inventory needs.
Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement or purchasing.
Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Knowledge of supply chain procedures and regulations.
