Description
- Understanding organizational requirements and collaborating with other departments to determine needs.
- Identifying, researching, and evaluating potential suppliers to ensure quality, reliability, and competitive pricing.
- Negotiating contracts with suppliers to secure favorable terms and prices.
- Ensuring accurate and timely processing of purchase orders.
- Maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring sufficient stock levels.
- Analyzing purchase costs, identifying opportunities for cost savings, and managing budgets.
Requirements
- With experience in Inventory system
- Strong verbal and written communication, as well as negotiation skills are essential
