Description
- Manage procurement processes and maintain supplier relationships.
- Analyze purchase requests .
- Monitor inventory levels and forecast purchasing needs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize purchasing strategies.
- Generate reports on purchasing activities.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or any related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in purchasing or procurement.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills, negotiation abilities, and analytical thinking.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage supplier relationships, and analyze purchasing trends.
- Working Conditions: Office-based with potential travel to supplier locations.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and a team player.
