- Plan and implement engaging lesson plans for preschool children.
- Foster a warm, inclusive, and safe classroom environment.
- Encourage the social, emotional, and cognitive development of children.
- Communicate regularly with parents about student progress.
- Assess and monitor children's development and learning outcomes.
- Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance educational programs.
Requirements

- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Early Childhood Education or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a preschool setting.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, patience, creativity, classroom management, child development, organizational skills, flexibility, adaptability, collaboration, and problem-solving.
- Working Conditions: Classroom environment with children aged 3-5, regular interaction with parents and staff.
- Qualities and Traits: Passionate about child development, nurturing, energetic, and able to foster a supportive learning atmosphere.
