Description
- Monitor and maintain pool area cleanliness and safety.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service to guests.
- Assist in pool activities and events as needed.
- Respond to emergencies and administer first aid if necessary.
- Report maintenance issues to management promptly.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: A diploma in hospitality or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in customer service or recreational environments.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service skills, ability to provide detailed information about pool rules and safety.
- Working Conditions: Outdoor environment, exposure to sun, potential for wet conditions.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, approachable, responsible, attentive to detail.
