Description

  • Call Management Expertise: Handle all incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism, ensuring patient questions are addressed thoroughly and respectfully.
  • Accurate Appointment Handling: Schedule, verify, and update appointments efficiently, while informing patients of necessary paperwork or health-related preparations.
  • Insurance Verification: Assist with insurance checks and serve as a liaison between patients and billing or insurance departments for smooth issue resolution.
  • Compassionate Service Delivery: Prioritize excellent customer service through attentive, empathetic communication, ensuring each patient leaves with a solution.
  • Team-Driven Operations: Coordinate effectively across internal teams (Sales, Ops, Logistics) and with external contacts to optimize patient services and workflow.

Requirements

  • Active PRC license is a must
  • At least 1 year of clinical experience in any acute care unit (e.g., ICU, ER, NICU, PACU, CCU, Trauma, Burn Care, Med-Surg)
