Description
- Summarizing cases and preparing reports for attorneys
- Conducting research, investigating facts and developing legal arguments
- Drafting legal documents such as contracts, depositions and pleadings
- Preparing and filing documents with courts
- Organizing and archiving the documents related to completed and ongoing cases
- Keeping track of changes in legal framework and providing timely updates on these changes
Requirements
- With Bachelor of Law or Juris Doctor degree is an advantage
- At least 2 years of work experience as Paralegal
- Able to draft, review and prepare affidavits, correspondences and other basic legal documents
- Can liaise with government agencies (e.g. SEC, BIR, LGU) in applications of permits, certifications, registrations and other compliance
- Coordinate with other departments in the organization
- Computer literate
- With strong attention to details and good analytical skills
- Applicants must be willing to report to work in Rockwell, Makati
