Description
- Conduct research on relevant laws, regulations, and legal articles
- Organize and maintain documents in paper filing systems drafting and organizing transactional legal documents
- Obtaining, preparing and/or, filing various documents, certificates, statements, amendments, and forms, forming limited liability companies
- Can transact with various government agencies
Requirements
- Graduate of Legal Management or equivalent
- 2-3 yrs experience as Paralegal/Legal Assistant
- Familiarity with labor law and practices
- Experience working in a law firm
- Can start ASAP
