We offer a range of services, including premium nano ceramic coating, premium nano ceramic tint, exterior detailing, interior detailing, engine detailing, and paint protection film. Our goal is to provide exceptional car care services to our customers, ensuring their vehicles are clean, protected, and in optimal condition. Our main branch is located at San Fernando, Pampanga, and we are about to open our 2nd in Pilar, Bataan.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Supervisor at Wash Autority Bataan branch in Pilar, Bataan. The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the car care service center, supervising a team of employees, ensuring high-quality service delivery, maintaining customer satisfaction, implementing business strategies to drive growth and profitability, managing inventory and supplies, and providing excellent customer service.

• Experience in the car care or automotive industry is a plus, but not required
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in managing a team and providing guidance
• Knowledge of car care products and services
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in computer systems and software
• Customer-focused mindset and commitment to delivering excellent service
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred) or supervisory role of at least 2 years in any field

Salary and Compensation

You will be managing 2 teams (Auto Detailers & PPF Installers) with a total of 11-15 employees. The compensation is as follows:

• Starting basic salary of 18,000 per month
• Quota-based bonuses per month, depending on the month’s sales after the training period
• 6-month hands-on training with the owners themselves.
• 13th-month pay, holiday pay, overtime, etc.
• Christmas bonus and random bonuses from the owners.

Our shop is relatively small, as you will only be handling fewer than 20 employees, but we do encounter around 100-120 clients per month. Aside from handling employees, you will also be talking to clients and ensuring quality service. An assistant supervisor will also be hired to assist you during day-to-day operations and you will also coordinate with an administrative officer and sales representative in terms of client database, appointment schedules, logistics and inventory, etc.
