Project Background: DeriW is a Layer 3 perpetual contract DEX developed by CoinW, focusing on zero gas fees, rapid matching, and transaction incentive mechanisms, dedicated to creating the next generation of trading experience. The platform has completed the testnet phase with 150,000 testnet users, and the official mainnet is about to launch. Your Responsibilities:

Develop and execute DeriW's marketing strategy and brand communication plan to comprehensively enhance brand exposure and user conversion;

Plan and execute event marketing to drive the growth of the platform's trading user base;

Design and lead collaborations with KOLs, media, and trading communities to expand external traffic resources;

Work closely with the operations team to ensure market plans are in sync with product timelines;

Continuously track user feedback and data performance, optimize growth strategies, and achieve user target objectives.

We hope you possess:

Over 2 years of experience in marketing or growth roles, with a background in Web3 / DeFi / trading platforms preferred;

Familiarity with the Web3 community ecosystem, with experience in user growth activities, marketing campaigns, or project cold start preferred;

Awareness of blockchain trends, understanding of cryptocurrency user behaviors, language, and habits;

Fluency in English or Chinese, capable of independently planning content, writing copy, and communicating with the community;

Strong project management skills, data awareness, strong execution capabilities, and resource integration abilities.

Bonus points:

Experience in growing Web3 projects from 0 to 1;

Access to media resources, KOL resources, or marketing agency resources;

Familiarity with user growth strategies in international markets (Southeast Asia, Latin America, Turkey, Russian-speaking regions, etc.).
