Legal Research: Conduct comprehensive research on corporate laws, including the Revised Corporation Code, SEC regulations, and labor legislation to support legal advisories and compliance.
Document Drafting: Assist in the preparation of legal documents such as contracts, affidavits, NDAs, board resolutions, and deeds, as required.
Administrative Support: Manage client communications, maintain organized corporate files, and provide administrative assistance to ensure smooth daily operations. 4. Regulatory Compliance: Monitor statutory deadlines and ensure timely compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including SEC submissions.
Document Management: Review, update, and securely maintain confidential legal records in an organized and accessible manner.
Social Media Management: Oversee and actively manage the company’s social media presence by creating and posting content regularly to enhance visibility and engagement.

Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong interest in corporate law, legal compliance, and regulatory processes.
Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with social media platforms is a plus.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information with integrity.
