E-SY CORPORATION, a leader in the architecture industry, is seeking an Administrative Specialist/Assistant to support our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will enhance organizational efficiency through expert administrative skills.
Manage daily office operations and scheduling.
Assist in project documentation and coordination.
Support team communications and client interactions.
Maintain organized filing systems and databases.
Handle correspondence and office supplies inventory.

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in an administrative role. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
Skills and Competencies: Proficient in MS Office, scheduling, written communication, organizational skills, help desk support, data entry, analytical skills, and data analysis.
