JOB PURPOSE: 

Champions the design, development, delivery and maintenance of existing and new programs to meet the business requirements, goals, and operational needs.  Leads the implementation and enforcement of Pioneers programs.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Program Management

Oversees the end to end of the program (from planning to evaluation)

2. Program Design and Delivery 

Strategizes, implements, and delivers program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives

3. Vendor and Partner Management

Collaborates with vendors, business partner, department heads, and learners to understand the requirements of the internal talents for job and role readiness.

4. Budget Management

Plans project activities, timelines, and resources related to the current programs and new programs.

5. Facilitation

Facilitates the program that requires his / her subject matter expertise.

Qualifications:

→ Graduate of a 4-year bachelor’s degree course (preferably related to Psychology/Education)

→ Experience in the insurance industry. Experience in non-life insurance is preferred.

→ Experience in creating training programs.

→ Experience in recruitment is a must.

→ Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications (particularly Word, Excel, and PPT)

→Strong, and More than Average Oral & Written Communication Skills
