Description
- Responds to membership enquiries via phone call and email
- Process membership requests including updating of account details, cancellation, merger of accounts and more
- Coordination with Finance on membership rebate adjustment
- Tracking of monthly active and expired accounts
- Checking and testing of membership campaign set-ups
- Set-up of push notifications, SMS and EDM blast
- Filtering of weekly exception reports
- Managing reports for membership analysis and/or rewards
Requirements
- Possesses initiative to continually improve own self
- Self-motivated with a keen interest to understand company’s direction and objectives
- Always ready to accept new challenges and job scope
- Ability to follow through tasks briefed and projects assigned
- Good time-management and multi-tasking skills
- Efficient communication with fellow colleagues, external departments and suppliers
- Works well in a team as well as independently
- Fast thinker and understand instructions easily
