【Job Responsibilities】

* Develop and drive multi-channel strategic strategies (including digital advertising, social media, content marketing, PR, offline events, etc.), ensuring deep linkage with business objectives (such as GMV, user growth, transaction frequency, etc.)

* Lead the campaign team (Campaign Manager, media placement, content production, etc.), driving project planning, budget control, resource allocation, and cross-functional collaboration

* Manage campaign project progress, ensuring timely launch, flexible adjustments, and improving execution efficiency and team collaboration levels

* Regularly organize central platform reports and insights, produce quantitative analysis reports, and drive continuous iteration of content, materials, and placement channels

* Control campaign budget allocation, clarify ROI target logic, enhance investment efficiency, and provide directional support for strategic decision-making

* Monitor industry trends and competitor promotional strategies, research the latest encrypted marketing tactics and overseas e-commerce activity trends, and identify growth opportunities as the basis for campaign optimization

【Qualifications】

* Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Business, Finance, Information Systems, or Computer Science. MBA endorsement is a plus.

* 5–7 years or more of experience in market/marketing promotion.

* Hands-on ability in multi-channel campaign design and execution, proficient in managing digital advertising placements, social media, content, and PR resources.

* Strong data analysis and insight capabilities, familiar with GA, Tableau, PowerBI, SQL, and backend analysis of advertising platforms.

* Excellent team leadership and cross-departmental collaboration skills, with clear and understandable communication.

* Fluent in reading and writing English, capable of independently drafting English proposals, communicating with overseas channels, and analyzing data.

* Familiar with Agile or SCRUM project management, proficient in rapid iteration and testing feedback optimization scenarios.
