Key Responsibilities

Marketing Campaigns: Assist in planning and executing campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms.

Event Coordination: Organize promotional events, trade shows, and ensure seamless logistics.

Content Creation: Collaborate to produce engaging content for social media, email, and other channels.

Merchandising Support: Work with merchandisers to ensure consistent and effective branding.

Brand Training: Educate teams and merchandisers on Gardenia’s brand values and guidelines.

Market Research: Analyze trends, competitors, and customer preferences to refine strategies.

Data Analysis: Monitor campaign performance, generate insights, and recommend improvements.

Minimum Qualifications

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

1-2 years of marketing or brand management experience (fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome!).

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office and marketing tools.

Knowledge of data analysis and reporting.

Experience in FMCG or the food industry is a bonus.
