We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to join our BETABRANDS Marketing team (Wellspring & Huga Activewear). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in events planning (corporate events and consumer activations), with a willingness to manage product sampling programs and assist in cross-functional marketing initiatives. Experience in the wellness, beauty, or pharmaceutical industry is a plus, but we also welcome candidates with retail or e-commerce backgrounds who are eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Event Execution & Activations

• Plan and execute in-person and digital events, including corporate functions, brand activations, pop-ups, and in-store promotions.
• Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure seamless event delivery.
• Handle event logistics such as venue booking, staffing, material preparation, and post-event reporting.

Product Sampling Management

• Organize and manage product sampling campaigns to enhance consumer engagement and encourage product trials.
• Work with fulfillment teams and sampling partners to ensure timely and efficient execution.
• Track campaign performance and compile consumer feedback for optimization.

Cross-functional Marketing Support

• Assist in the rollout of marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and marketing calendars.
• Collaborate with content creators, digital marketing, and social media teams to support omnichannel campaigns.
• Help manage campaign timelines and ensure smooth execution.

Market Research & Consumer Insights

• Conduct market research to understand industry trends, consumer habits, and competitive benchmarks.
• Analyze campaign performance and digital metrics to inform future marketing strategies.

Creative Development & Content Creation

• Brainstorm and develop ideas for engaging marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Create content for social media, email marketing, and e-commerce platforms.
• Support the creation and management of paid ad campaigns.

Social Media Engagement

• Stay actively engaged on key platforms, especially TikTok, to identify trends and opportunities.
• Assist in building community and brand presence across social platforms.

Individual Task Management

• Take ownership of assigned tasks within broader marketing plans and ensure timely execution.

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, events, retail, or ecommerce.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willing to travel for events and field activations when needed.
• Preferably residing within Metro Manila or CALABARZON.
