Description

  • We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing food items according to recipes and quality standards, ensuring all dishes are cooked and presented properly. This role requires strong attention to detail, good time management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook menu items in a timely manner following recipes and kitchen standards
  • Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
  • Ensure proper portioning and presentation of dishes before they leave the kitchen
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, kitchen equipment, and utensils
  • Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
  • Assist with inventory control and inform supervisors of shortages or issues
  • Cooperate with other team members and communicate effectively with kitchen staff
  • Follow all opening and closing procedures
  • Take direction from chefs and supervisors to improve performance and kitchen efficiency

Requirements

  • With experienced working in a food and Beverage Industry
  • Fine dining Restaurant
  • Proven experience as a line cook or prep cook in a restaurant or food service setting
  • Knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques for various cuisines
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and safety protocols
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent; culinary training is a plus


Work Conditions:

  • Must be able to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25–50 lbs
  • Exposure to heat, cold, and various food items
