説明

  • Assist in the preparation, submission, and follow-up of documents with government agencies such as SEC, DTI, BIR, LGUs, DOLE, and others.
  • Submit and retrieve/receive documents from various government offices and agencies.
  • Coordinate with the Licensing Department and other internal departments to gather necessary documentation for submission.
  • Ensure proper documentation and safekeeping of all processed documents.
  • Provide status updates on pending requests and escalate delays or issues when needed.
  • Update the Project Monitoring system of all applications, renewals, and expirations as required.
  • Perform other administrative tasks related to government compliance as assigned.


芁件

  • Graduate of any 2-year or 4-year course. Courses in Business Administration, Public Administration, or other related fields are an advantage.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role is an advantage — but fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
  • Familiarity with government agencies (SEC, DTI, BIR, LGUs, etc.) and their processes is a plus
  • Willing to travel or run errands; preferably owns and rides a motorcycle
  • Trustworthy, responsible, and able to work with minimal supervision
