Description
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Analyze sales data and track account performance.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for management.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in outside sales or key account management.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and proven ability in lead generation.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage key accounts, maintain client relationships, and identify new business opportunities.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with frequent travel to client locations.
- Qualities and Traits: Self-motivated, results-driven, adaptable, and with a strong customer service orientation.
