Description

  • Identifies and wins client engagements for the organization
  • Understands and translates client requirements into a product/service/contract that is tailored to client needs
  • Maintains rapport with client and ensures that client expectations are met. This also includes resolution of concerns and issues to retain the client
  • Coordinates with relevant units/positions such as project management, business development, sales & marketing, information technology to ensure retention
  • Performs spot audits on client accounts on a periodic basis. This is in coordination with project management
  • Oversees the personal development plans of all team members and ensures compliance with BSP core values (Excellence, Integrity, Malasakit)

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 2-3 years experience working with an Events Agency
  • Experience working on virtual events a plus
  • Must be familiar and adept at account management from previous work
  • Excellent communication, presentation and client management skills
