We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to join our accounting team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate inventory records, performing regular stock audits, and reconciling inventory accounts.

• Maintain and update inventory records and databases.
• Perform regular stock checks and coordinate with the accounting department for inventory audits.
• Reconcile inventory accounts to the general ledger.
• Prepare and analyze reports on inventory balance, price lists, and shortages.
• Coordinate with procurement and warehouse departments to monitor incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Assist in developing and implementing inventory control procedures and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies related to inventory.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Inventory Specialist, preferably within an accounting or finance department.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, especially inventory accounting.
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and accounting software.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
